3. Data Security & Healthcare Compliance

We implement industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.3), granular role-based access control, and comprehensive immutable audit logging. As a healthcare technology provider, our infrastructure and processes are designed and maintained to be ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, EU GDPR, UK GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018), and DPDP Act compliant. We provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for US healthcare covered entities and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for EU and UK healthcare practices. We never use patient data to train our AI models without explicit authorization, and clinical decisions are always escalated to qualified human staff.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors that provide services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics).
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes.

5. Zoom Integration & Third-Party Data

When you connect your Zoom account to ReyanLabs TeleHealth to conduct virtual consultations, we collect and process specific data to enable this functionality:

• Data Collected: We collect your Zoom profile information (such as your Zoom User ID and email) and authentication tokens.
• Data Usage: This data is strictly used to authenticate your account, generate Zoom Meeting SDK signatures, and automatically schedule teleconsultations on your behalf within the ReyanLabs platform.
• Data Storage & Retention: Authentication tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest. We retain this data only as long as your Zoom integration is active. Upon uninstallation or disconnection of the app, your tokens are immediately revoked and deleted.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your Zoom data with any third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

6. Your Data Subject Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws (such as EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or DPDP Act), you have specific rights regarding your personal data as a "Data Subject":

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request the deletion of your personal data, including your Zoom integration data. If you wish to delete your Zoom data, you can either disconnect the app from the ReyanLabs Settings page, uninstall the app from the Zoom Marketplace, or contact us directly.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data.
