Connecting your Zoom account allows you to seamlessly generate meeting links and conduct teleconsultations directly inside the ReyanLabs EMR.

  1. Log in to your ReyanLabs TeleHealth dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations on the left sidebar.
  3. Locate the Zoom card under Available Integrations and click Connect.
  4. You will be redirected to the Zoom login page. Enter your Zoom credentials if you are not already logged in.
  5. Review the requested permissions (access to basic profile and tokens to create meetings) and click Authorize.
  6. You will be redirected back to ReyanLabs, and the Zoom integration status will now show as Connected.

Once connected, Zoom is integrated seamlessly into your appointment workflows.

Scheduling a Virtual Consultation

  1. Go to the Appointments calendar in ReyanLabs.
  2. Click New Appointment and select the patient.

  4. Save the appointment. A unique Zoom Meeting link is automatically generated and attached to the medical record.

  2. Click the Start Video Consult button.
  3. The embedded Zoom client will launch directly inside your browser alongside the patient's medical records and AI scribe tool.
  4. To end the call, simply click End Meeting within the Zoom window.

3. How to Uninstall the App
