Healthcare Integration FAQs

How ReyanLabs connects with clinical databases, laboratory information systems, and imaging PACS.

Does ReyanLabs support HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 clinical data formats?

Yes. Our integration engine provides native support for FHIR Release 4 resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation, DiagnosticReport, CarePlan) as well as legacy HL7 v2.x messaging (ADT for patient admissions, ORU for observation results, and SIU for scheduling). This allows zero-latency interoperability with both cutting-edge cloud health systems and hospital on-premise servers.

How is data protected across webhook events and API endpoints?

All outbound webhook notifications and inbound REST API requests require TLS 1.3 encryption, cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signature verification, and OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens. Rate limiting and IP allowlisting prevent unauthorized access, while comprehensive audit trails track every payload transmission in compliance with HIPAA and ISO 27001 requirements.

Can we connect local laboratory machines and pharmacy dispensing software?

Yes. For diagnostic labs and in-house clinic pharmacies, ReyanLabs provides lightweight edge agents that ingest bi-directional analyzer results (ASTM / HL7) and synchronize inventory levels directly into patient consultation records and billing invoices.
